VSI Adapterpallet

Adapterpallet De lean adapterpallet heeft het formaat van een standaard Euro-pallet. De lean adapterpallet is geschikt voor transportrollers (bodemrollers) van het formaat 600mm x 400mm en 600mm x 800mm. Dit komt overeen met 1/4 Europallet of een 1/2 Europallet. De bodemrollers kunnen door het unieke gepatenteerde systeem worden gefixeerd en met hun lading worden getransporteerd zonder dat de lading hoeft te worden omgepakt. Zo kan de toeleverancier de bodemroller met de bijbehorende bakken vullen met onderdelen in kanbanhoeveelheden en deze direct aanleveren aan de productie (bijv. Assemblage). Het is ook mogelijk om niet een hele, maar een halve of ¼ pallet met materiaal in de productie te plaatsen, zodat tussenvoorwaarden (een van de verspillingen bij Lean) worden verminderd.
