Payment / Shipping

For orders exceeding €1500, shipping costs will be calculated after checkout, based on the weight, volume, and delivery address. Delivery times depend on current stock levels and the lead times of our suppliers. You will be notified as soon as possible after placing your order.

All prices shown on our website are excluding VAT. Depending on the product, a VAT rate of 21% or 9% will apply at checkout.

For international customers, VAT may be automatically excluded from your order if you qualify for VAT-free intra-community supply. This is determined during checkout based on your billing details and VAT number (if applicable).
